Welcome to the Atlantic City Carnival Masquerader Band Registration! We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for both the 2025 and 2026 carnival parades, set to dazzle the streets of Pleasantville, NJ, every third weekend of July. 

With a vibrant procession spanning two miles, this annual extravaganza promises an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators alike. Join us as we celebrate the rich cultural tapestry of Atlantic City and showcase the rhythm, energy, and creativity of masquerader bands from near and far.

COSTUME (MAS) BAND REGISTRATION APPLICATION

This is an agreement between Atlantic City Carnival (hereafter referred to as AC Carnival) and the Costume Mas Band for participation in Atlantic City Carnival, NJ, USA.

The Costume Mas Band will provide as follows:

1. Rough draft submitted in writing to AC Carnival on upon agreement.

2. Costume display sample and descriptor to be submitted to AC Carnival no later than 90 days from event.

3. We ask that the minimum number of masqueraders in the band be 5 nor exceed 50 Masqueraders. Individuals, Characters, Kings, & Queens excluded.

4. Be responsible for its own registration, production, distribution, food, drinks, transport, banners etc for the Parade

 

Atlantic City Carnival will provide as follows:

1. Promotion on the website https://www.accarnival.com and its various Social Media and https://www.facebook.com/atlanticcitycarnival/ during ‘LIVE’ broadcasts.  By signing this participation agreement you agree to have your Costume Mas Band & Masqueraders images broadcasted alongside Atlantic City Carnival Marketing & Promotions.

2. Armbands for access to the Parade Route on the day of the parade in Pleasantville, NJ.

3. Provide coupons for discounted rates available to the officially selected hotel and transportation partners.
